SHIPPING

 

We process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped via UPS.

 This map is based on the approximate shipping days required for each area of the country. Day one begins when UPS picks up a package.

 

Shipping and Packaging Charges

 

Shipping charges are automatically calculated when you place your order. You will be able to review this charge before completing the order. Shipping charges are calculated according to weight.  For packages with a wieght of 1.lb to 15 lb will require an additional charge for 1.lb box. For packages over 15.lb will require a 2.lb box. Please not this will add to your shipping cost. A $3 handling and packaging charge is automatically added to the shipping charge. UPS figures the charges for us automatically.

 

Shipping Outside the US

 

We do not currently ship outside the continental US.

 

Product Return Policy

 

Products returned undeliverable will receive a courtesy call from Benton's Smoky Mountain Country Hams informing you of the error and seeking to correct the problem.
